Policies

In booking an appointment at MATILDA, you agree to the following policies:
  • A reminder text will be sent out 4 days prior to your appointment. If you need to reschedule, cancel, or make any changes to your booked services, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice. You may reschedule or cancel online up to 48 hours prior to your booking using this link bit.ly/3KZ37Do
  •  Changes to your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled service are not permitted. You may be charged the full price of your original appointment.
  • If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of the appointment time, you will be charged 50% of the cancelled service in the event that we are not able to fill the appointment with another client.
  • If you do not show up to your confirmed appointment, or cancel within 6 hours of your appointment time, a cancellation fee to the value of 100% of the cancelled service will apply.

  • Service guarantee: if you are not satisfied with the result, we will gladly make any adjustments up to 7 days following your appointment.

  • A 1% Green Tax will be added to your service at checkout to support our participation in the Sustainable Salons Program.

  • We accept payment via cash, bank transfer and eftpos. Please note that eftpos transactions attract a 1.4% surcharge.

  • We increase our prices at the beginning of every financial year to account for inflation and rising business costs.
